FIRST STAGE- PRELIMINARIES

Two Subjects are Usually included in the Preliminaries, Namely
1. GENERAL STUDY 2. LAW
FIRST PAPER – GENERAL STUDY TIME DURATION-2 Hours
This paper consists of questions based on Indian History, Indian Culture, Indian Geography, Indian Polity, Current Affairs and Developments, Indian and World Indian Economy, International Affairs and Institutions, Science & Technology, Communication and Astronomy etc. The Nature and standard of these questions is such that an able and intellectual personality could give answer of them
SECOND PAPER- LAW TIME DURATIN-2 Hours
This paper consists of questions based on Current Developments in the field of LAW-C.P.C, Cr.PC, Contract, Constitution, IPC , Transfer of Property ant, Jurisprudence, International Law,& Org., Evidence act.
